After placing your order, you will receive your receipt immediately from our email
service department. You can then use our Paypal Business Link for PayPal/credit card purchases or mail a check. Your receipt will include a flat rate non-refundable shipping & handling fee of $7.80. Simply look over your order and choose your preferred
method of payment.
Once we receive your payment, your order will be pulled and packed from our warehouse, double-checked before packing to ensure accuracy, and
then checked again to ensure proper packing, safety, and security. Ready to ship within The United States Only, The Postal Service, FedEx, or UPS Ground within 1 to 2 business days.

AGE REQUIREMENT: You must be at least 18 years of age to use this website. Placing an order
with Agape Armory, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age.
COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS PROHIBITING ANY OF OUR PRODUCTS: The purchaser's
sole responsibility is to comply with all local, state, and federal laws or statutes about the possession and/or use of any of the products we sell. You agree that Agape Armory is not liable for misuse, injury, loss, or damage from products purchased. You
agree sole liability is assumed by the purchaser/user. You agree that the buyer's responsibility is to use the products safely and lawfully.
We reserve the right to change the price of any product we sell at any time.
RETURN POLICY: All returns require proof of purchase. Please include Proof of
Purchase with your return if you send it back, or your return will not be processed.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCT: Products that are found to be defective can be returned
for a replacement or credit toward purchasing another product during the warranty period of that specific product. The warranty period starts on the date of the invoice and ends after the following period of time:
• All products sold by Agape Armory: 90 days
• All Streetwise Security Brand:
• All Streetwise Security Stun Guns: Lifetime
• All Police Force Stun Guns: Lifetime
ALL DEFECTIVE RETURNS: Require a return merchandise authorization number (RMA#). Contact our office
for an RMA#; this number must be put outside of the box. Any returns sent to our warehouse without an RMA# will be refused. The customer will pay the cost to ship the defective product back to the warehouse. For your protection, we recommend that they be shipped
with tracking information and insurance. If it is sent by postal service, use delivery confirmation, and insure the package. If going by UPS, you can use regular ground service. Insurance is not needed unless the shipment exceeds $100 in value. Agape Armory
will pay the cost to ship the replacement product back.
PLEASE TEST THE PRODUCT BEFORE RETURNING TO US: Many items shipped back to us as defective work
fine; some after doing something as simple as putting in new batteries. If an item is returned to us and found to be working, the customer will have to pay return shipping charges. Also, the item must not show signs of abuse or misuse, and all parts, instructions,
and accessories must be included to receive full credit.
EXCHANGE POLICY: We will accept certain (not all) products back for exchange (credit toward the
purchase of another product) within 30 days after the date of the invoice with a 20% exchange fee. This does not apply to all of our products. Certain items cannot be exchanged. For example, if an item has been discontinued, then we cannot take it back. Contact
our office first before shipping the product back to receive an RMA number and to make sure the product is eligible for a credit. Each product returned for exchange must be in its original condition and ready to go back on the shelf, or a higher fee may be
applied. This includes the item and its packaging. For example, make sure that there are no price stickers (or residue from where they have been removed) or tags on the unit or packaging. All exchanges require a return merchandise authorization number (contact
us for an RMA#). The customer will pay the cost to ship the product back to Agape Armory. For your protection, safety, and security, we recommend that they be shipped with tracking information and insurance. If it is sent by postal service, use delivery confirmation
and insure the package. If going by UPS, use regular ground service. Insurance is not needed unless the shipment exceeds $100 in value. The customer will also pay the cost to ship the new product(s).
ADDRESS CORRECTION POLICY: We must receive a complete and accurate address for all orders to ensure timely delivery. UPS and FedEx charge a fee for any address correction. If we receive an incorrect address from
a customer and charge a correction fee, we will pass this fee on to the customer. It is important for a complete street address (with any apartment or suite number), city, state, and zip code. All names are spelled correctly and clearly legible for safety
and security issues.
BACK ORDERS: We make every effort to have all products in stock at all times, but this is not always possible. When a product we carry
is out of stock, we list it as "Out of Stock" as soon as possible. We also list the date the item is expected back in stock. If a product you order is "Sold Out" just minutes before you place your order, we will backorder the item. Agape Armory would pay for
ORDER CANCELLATION/ ORDER CHANGE POLICY: If you want to cancel or change an order that has already been placed, you can contact our office.
We will make every effort to stop the order (or make the requested changes). However, if we cannot stop the order (or make the requested changes), you are still responsible for the order.
SHIPPING POLICY: We strive to get every order out as soon as possible. However, because we cannot predict the number of orders that we will receive on a given day, we cannot guarantee that an order will ship on the day it
is received. Orders will ship within one to two business days of our receiving them. Business days are Monday through Friday excluding national holidays and any day our office is closed. So, for example, if payment for your order is received on a Saturday,
it might ship on the following Monday, but it could ship on Tuesday.
DAMAGED/ MISSING ITEMS/ WRONG ITEMS SENT CLAIMS: Any time an order is received that
has been damaged, or items are missing from the order, or the wrong items have been sent, it must be reported to Agape Armory within three business days after receipt of the order. Any claim after three days will be void.
ORDERING FROM AGAPE ARMORY: You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age to purchase Stun Guns and Pepper Spray. You agree to all Terms and Conditions. You agree that you have checked
your Local and State Laws, and you are not asking Agape Armory to send you products that are illegal in your State. You agree that Agape Armory is not liable for misuse, injury, loss, or damage from products purchased. You agree that the purchaser/user
assumes sole liability, and it is the buyer's responsibility to use our products safely and lawfully.
